ENTRANCE FEE BLED ISLAND

The prices are valid for the year 2010.

The entrance fee includes a tour of the exhibitions.

Free:

• children (<14 years old) accompanied by parents
• locals of Bled, who are welcome to make voluntary contributions,
• pilgrims celebrating Mass at the church,
• guests at weddings,
• tourist guides,
• guests of the Municipality and the State (Please let us know your schedule in advance).

OPENING HOURS 

HOLY MASS, WEDDINGS AND CONCERTS
IN THE CHURCH ON BLED ISLAND IN 2010

Visitors are not allowed into the church during a holy mass and wedding ceremony.

HOLY MASS

The days on which Holy Mass in the Slovene language has already been scheduled:

• 03 February 2010 at 15:30
• 11 May 2010 at 9:00
• 24 May 2010 at 16:00
• 30 May 2010 at 16:00
• 20 June 2010 at 16:00
• 26 July 2010 at 18:00
• 15 August 2010 at 16:00
• 08 September 2010 at 16:00
• 29 September 2010 at 18:00

On the above days, the boats will be leaving from Vila Bled half an hour before the beginning of the Holy Mass, except on 15 August 2010 when they will be leaving one hour before the beginning of the Holy Mass.

In the season (May – September), Holy Mass can be celebrated for pilgrims at 08:30 and 19.00.

WEDDINGS

Catholic weddings can be celebrated on Saturdays at 15:00 and 17:00.
Protestant weddings can be celebrated on Fridays at 15:00 and 17:00.
There can be no weddings celebrated in the church during Lent (from 17 February until 2 April 2010).

Duration of weddings

Catholic and Protestant weddings, including the music, shall not last longer than 45  minutes.
»Musical surprises« shall only take place outside the church.
The time arrangements shall be strictly observed, otherwise the wedding ceremony will have to be shortened.

In addition to the days reserved for wedding ceremonies, a wedding ceremony has already been scheduled

on the following days:

14 May 2010 at 16:00  Protestant wedding

29 May 2010 at 13:00  Catholic  wedding

21 August 2010 at 13:00   Protestant wedding

CONCERTS

Concerts can take place in the church from May to September at 19.00.
The theme of the concerts shall be appropriate for performance in a church.

HOLY MASS, WEDDINGS AND CONCERTS IN THE CHURCH ON BLED ISLAND ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITH PRIOR CONSENT BY THE PRIEST.
